Not a ton of steps but I did get a pretty good workout in today after work. Got a good lil streak going and feeling good but I might me taking a break for a day or two to wrap up my project. I have a couple of more videos to make then I’ll be ready to start rolling post out!
But today I hit a lot of pressing movements and walked on the treadmill a little bit. That urge to jog is getting to the point where it’s almost too much to hold back but I’m a keep pacing myself for a couple of more weeks. I’m doing fast walks on the treadmill and higher paced work on the elliptical for now. I’m a keep working on it and getting my body ready to run outside again though…
