This is my whole day's activities that I did throughout the day to take my score over 8k steps. Like other days it was again a sunny day here. Although there is some rainfall occurred at the time of noon but it was not sufficient to control over heat and humidity.
Before it very early in the morning I get up and want to do some exercise and yoga but due to laziness again let down and wake up 8 o'clock at morning. Previous few days and making plan to go my cricket field but each day I find myself helpless due to extreme sleep. Yet I am keeping myself fit by walking and exercise at the time of evening.
It was the fresh day of the week and here is a market day. At evening I was in the market. I bought bitter gourd, Ripe jackfruit which I like most, lady finger and some other vegetables.
When I returned, it was enough to take my score over 8k steps.
