Arsenal could return to Brighton this season to poach another promising player who has earned rave reviews after the Ben White deal turned out to not be an overpriced waste of money. Sure I still think he was overpriced but he has done well since moving to the club and Arsenal is keen to repeat that success once again.
Arsenal have been a long-term admirer of midfielder Yves Bissouma and wanted him even before Ben White but the deal couldn't get done due to the transfer fees, but as his contract runs out he is seemingly issued a 'come-and-get-me-plea' to Arsenal after teasing a move to the Emirates.
The 25-year-old has had 3 impressive seasons at the Amex Stadium where he helped the Seagulls finish ninth in the latest one but wants to push on and take his career to the next level.

Yves is clearly looking like a backup target if Arsenal cannot secure the deal for Yuri Tielemans who is their top target for improving their central midfield along with Zinchenko of the city who seems more likely to sign.
Arsenal are in a tough position to rework their midfield, they want to move on with Xhaka, and Partey constantly getting injured is not helping. Maitland Niles and Torriera still need to be sold off while Elneny will provide cover as well as Azeez to a lesser extent.
Those are not the greatest options and we will need to get at least 1 of the 3 signings in if we are to compete.
