I already skip my goal to make daily jogging to keep my self fit just a day after I set the goal. My boss message me the day after and ask me to come to work.
Then the next two days after that I was just being lazy, can't get up early morning to jog.
Today I collect all my will and my energy to get up early, put my shoes on and starts jogging.
I manage to beat my previous records just by a few movement, but at least it is an improvement, I can feel my ankle and leg can do better than last time, not as painful.
