Hey there @artysteps! They are, but they aren't. Sounds like an oxymoron, but they have gone to 'phase 2' which means restaurants are supposed to be at 25% capacity. Unfortunately, what I saw when we went grocery shopping on Saturday, shows, based on cars in parking lots and what you could see from the windows as you passed by, that they are seating at 100% capacity. Our numbers are better, for now, but they also are allowing the schools to go back to more in person attendance. Usually when that happens, the numbers rise, and they go back to online learning only. As for the restaurants, I have no idea what they are even thinking. Our area is rural, and there is a bit of the 'good ole boys club' mentality that goes on here. I guess time will tell, but it bothers me that people are so reckless at times.
Spring will still come; we just might have to look closer to home for it's showing. Take care my friend and stay safe!
Our schools go back on March 11th and then restrictions start to loosen from, at monthly intercals. If all goes well we should have everything open and no social distancing from June 21st.
That seems such a long time away but things will get better along the way and at least we have a plan of what will happen and when, all being well.
I can't wait to get away from my local area. I've not been outside the county for over a year now, let alone outside the country.
I think it's towards the end of April that we can stay overnight in self-contained accommodation with people in our bubble, so maybe I'll start looking into a long weekend away then.

That's good news for you! Sounds like you really need to do the trip just to get away. I am hoping that maybe we might be in June where they are hoping you guys are. There is no projection here yet that I know of.
