Here I was in the early morning around 6 am.. Fully awake and no hope into ever catching sleep again when I got the idea to positively use the insomnia into an activity.
After a few coffee's to sign the absolute death warrant to sleep in again I took my running shoes and went outside.
In the early morning everything was still cool ready to warm up in the rising sun.
It felt great, did a 10k run in the earobic heart rate zone and felt very sweaty but refreshed afterwards because I didn't demand all my energy reserves. (aerobic zone is 60-70% of maximum heart rate) Heart pumped super stable even when the sun and thus heat rose.. So my physical state equaled the mental factor of feeling great.
