Hi! I'm looking for some advice

First of all, your plant is awesome! I love it.

I am a past Steemit user, but have not been on the platform in years since recent developments(such as the introduction of Actifit)

I'm curious about Actifit and want to get involved. Am I correct in understanding that I need to first get some STEEM to invest in order to use the app? I am a little confused.
