Such a low activity number for such an active day!
Today I played 4 hours of non-stop often intense water volleyball. We had most of the best players in attendance and the games were fun and competitive.
Of course I didn't have my phone on me while I was being super active in the water. And when I got home I was too tired to do anything so no nightly walk.
Now it's the 4th of July so happy Independence Day!!! Have a great Monday! ❤👍💙
