Hi friends and actifiters,
after a very long time, about 5 months, I return to post a report of Actifit, I would like to resume a steady pace of publication and I would like to be able to make many more steps let's see if I can ;)
The days are starting to get nicer and exercising will be more and more enjoyable.
Today the sky is covered by some clouds but the temperature is pleasant
Life is a gift and every moment should be lived as if it were the last.

dopo davvero tanto tempo, circa 5 mesi, ritorno a postare un report di Actifit, mi piacerebbe riprendere un ritmo costante di pubblicazione e mi piacerebbe riuscire a fare molti più passi vediamo se ci riuscirò ;)
Le giornate incominciano ad essere più belle e fare attività fisica sarà sempre più piacevole.
Oggi il cielo è coperto da qualche nuvola ma la temperatura è piacevole
La vita è un dono e ogni momento va vissuto come fosse l'ultimo.
