Hey Actifitters,
Quite a long day at work yesterday. Lots of meeting I couldn't get out of, and not the kind where I can pace around and add some steps to my count. So once again, the activity of the day was a night walk with Kaia.
First stop in the forest as most days.
And then more miles in the neighborhood, closely followed by our shadows.
And that was it. Not the most active day, but we'll do better hopefully soon.
