Yesterday was the first day I had made it to the gym in 4 days because I wasnt feeling well. But I finally woke up feeling good and was ready to get back to it.
Only 7 weeks until my wedding, thats 49 days, so at best 25 more workout days! Hopefully that is enough to finish getting me into the best shape of my life. No more missed days, no more excuses for this guy, it's go time!
I ran 3 miles 🏃♂️ on the treadmill and then did a nice hour long upper body workout. I got my sweat on and my muscles burning, it was a good day at the gym 🏋️♂️
