went on and early bike ride to kikutstua. meet up with me "social distances bike buddy" at his place 09.00 this morning. Be leaving so early we where hoping to beat the mud. Most of the way was frozen but the last 15 km was not. +1 sunny 60km. so got a bit dirty can we say. A live alone and are on a crazy budget now days. So two weeks a go a got over a deal 5 kg potatoes for just 26 kr or 3$. but its a lot to eat. So tested something new to day. Beets, chicken , onion and Salt baked potatoes. Put rock salt under and over Poked the potatoes then baked them with the rest of the ingredients. great success. bike legs so dirty.....
