My Actifit Number 1 - March 19, 2021

Weekends is super heart! That's why Fridays are very special day to me. Also, I promise myself that every weekends I will do a short exercise for myself. The easiest way to do it without going to gym is to do the Zumba.....

A 30 minute Zumba dance is enough for me today. Tomorrow I will record my improvements and share it with you.
