Returned to running May 1 but going to build it up. Rabbit Gets it.
1.5 Miles. Going to keep it this way for week 1 and make sure I dont get too tired any day. Then step up 0.5 miles each week.
Resting Heart Rate jumped back up as expected.

No weight gain or loss
