Hello everyone!
I am new at your community. During quarantine i have decided to start doing sport because i didn't want to gain weight. Firstly i was watching videos on youtube (my favourite chanel is Chloe Ting) and doing with her. Then i started walking outside a few hours a day. Now i am at my summer house and here is very isolated place. I can walk outside, swim and bicyle.
Today I took 5170 steps.
I cycled for half an hour.
