I skipped two days gym and could definetly feel that I am a bit more out of it because of that. Very low energy, well more low than my usual low. As it stands I only have enough energy to get through the day with minimal effort.
Did mainly legs and built up to squats which on the first set I loaded a bit heavy but combined with bad for was horrid. Dropped the weight by 10kg and focused more on form and increased it back to the heavy weight for last set.
Think I will start with it Monday also since I want to then make that 50kg my new baseline and then also bring my deadlifts up which I did not do all week. All in all they should both be on my bodyweight or more then.
