Not a bad Friday, I don't usually reach 10,000 steps on a Friday but I'm glad I did.
I started off my day at Full Speed Ahead. I actually got up before my alarm and had all my exercises and weightlifting done before work and made it early to work.
I did a lot of walking up and down the stairs, by the end of the day this really gets to your leg muscles.
I didn't have too much evening activities except for cooking dinner and going for a short walk. Now that it's summer I won't be spending too much time outside.
I hope you all had a great Friday and reached all of your goals. I have a bunch of yard work to do on Sunday so I will see how many steps I get then.
