My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2021

I reached my goal on a Tuesday.

I had a very busy day today with lots of walking around. I started the day off walking my dog around the block a few times.
I still have only been doing very light weight lifting and I had to cut out the Pull-Ups for a while.

I'm actually surprised I haven't gained a lot of weight over the holidays, I was eating all of those things you shouldn't eat when you're trying to stay fit.

I had a very busy day at work and a lot of walking up and down the stairs, that always makes me feel like I had a good workout on my legs.

I really had no idea that I had over 10,000 steps today, but then my phone made that alerting noise and I checked the application and saw that I had a great step count.

The only sport I played today was Splinterlands. LOL, I know that don't count.
