We had a bit of rain overnight that cooled us down a bit this morning, but soon enough the sun was up as was the temperature - at least it was nice over at Lynx Lake.
Our friends were already running around the large field this morning when we hit the dirt. Lulu and I picked up the pace to a fast walk but any jogging would come later for me (just a few laps around our rv park).
Lynx had a decent Friday crowd and everyone seemed to be on or in the water today.
We passed only a handful of other hikers along the trail but I was enjoying the exercise while Lulu paused every now and then for a pee or dip in the water.
A good 3 miles for us and I continue my progress towards better health.
