I had a bit of an easier day today after my long trail hike yesterday, plus Lulu was back and eager to get over to Lynx Lake again.
I barely had tome to finish my coffee ☕️ before Lulu was whining to get going on our walk.
No company along the way so it was an uneventful 2 miles but it was nice to be out before the day got too warm.
I had planned on us hiking up on Lynx Creek but I spent a few hours helping our neighbor so we ended up over at Lynx Lake for a shorter loop along the shoreline.
Most of the people were enjoying the beautiful water but we encountered several nice folks on the 3 miles around the lake. Lulu cruised right along except for a couple of her customary
splash in the water stops.
My health continues to improve as I'm sticking to a great keto regime and looking forward to running again in the near future (hopefully it will cool off) and perhaps try a 24 hour jaunt at the Across the Years event at the end of the year. Even a 24 hour walk would be fantastic but walking 24 hours can be brutal.
