Yes - lots of dandelions around at the minute pretty much every where. The yellow toward the center is a crop - Rapeseed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapeseed
It's beautiful in the fields when the yellow flowers come out - but its a bad one for hayfever sufferers because of the pollen.
