Welcome to my post.I am 18 year old.I am new here in this community . I hope you like my post and give good comments. l be part of from the Pakistan teshil depalpur and districts Okara .l learn have much do methods of cooking and making the recipes.

PREPARACION:

This day we are going to making the steps of samosa . the thing which are needed for making the this recipe is necessary are described below.

Incredients:

  • 2 cup all purpose grain meal
  • 2 cup polished oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon crushed root with strong taste
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon sundried grapes
  • 1 teaspoon sort of nuts
  • 5 boiled potato1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powdersalt as needed
  • 1teaspoon kasoori methi leaves
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 2 table-spoon ghee 1/4 cup water
  • 1 small number uncooked nuts from plant forming seeds in the earth

STEPS HOW TO MAKE SAMOSA:

  • Steps
    To make very pleasing samosas at family living place, first, Make the putting in . Put a basin, flat pot (vessel) on middle-sized flame and make an addition 2 tsp oil in it . Once the oil is warm enough, make an addition cumin seeds and let them to crackle .

Once ready, come out few too small-sized pieces from the thick paste . flatter them further with the help of our palms and to in the roll pin .After this Give them a round form and cut in half . Now go in (down) your hands in water, fold the edges of the semi-circle in order to give it a form with a round base and pointed at the end form .

Take the putting in with the help of a spoon and material it in the form with a round base and pointed at the end . make fixed by decision the ends rightly by needing attention straight away the edges lightly with your fingers.

Then, heat oil in a basin, flat pot (vessel) and deep fry the samosas on low heat until they turn of great value brown and hard-like but readily broken .
