Hi how are you hope you will be fine and spending a healthy life with your loved once and I am also fine and spending a healthy life with my children they are my energy booster and my life line

Today I want to share my participation in this contest which is organized by @steemVenezuela
In this contest we came to know diffrent remedies that help us how we control our stress from diffrent tricks which is related our behaviour medication or physical activity just like exercise and yoga steps

My antidote stress

We have diffrent kind of stress which we face our daily life and now a days we face many financially problems some face behaviour problems some face married issues some face physical stress and some face bad mentally state of health
So we need to stable and stop this kind of stress of diffrent kind of things which is possible with easy steps
Here I am sharing few steps which is help to reduce the stress and working on the antidote to our self

Exercise

We can use many kind of thing to reduce the mentally and physical stress one of the best ways to get rid of this stress is through exercise, which helps us to inhale and live life with renewed hope and renewed energy. And this is very good and effective thi.g like walking stress releasing exercise jogging jumping jacks which is reduce to help the stress or we can say that was just like to work as the antidote to our stress

We cann build connection with different positive responding people which help to make us smile and keep happy we can listen with them and dinner or lunch with them or we can spend the quality time with which is really work to reduce the mentally stress and we feel very light

Do some creativity things

We can reduce our stress with different thing and this is very effective thimg is that we do some creativity and we can skatch any thing we can drawing we can write any thing just like any conversations or any dialouge we can create any productivity or some thing any kind of this which we manage our stressing feels or behaviour

play and laugh

I engage in diffrent kind of stuff to reduce the stress and engage in fun activities and ee are humman so we can help these thung to reduce the stress

Healthy diet

I fully like the balanced diet like as nourishing diet vegetable fruits which is help to reduce the stress sometimes this kind of diet work on the antidote of stress
