SEC-S13W2– "Do you know the true meaning of the Celtic Halloween celebration?"

Hello greetings to all steemians friends wherever they are, how are you today? Hopefully everyone is still in good health and can carry out all activities well. On this occasion I am back to participate in a contest held by the Steem Venezuela Community in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 13 Week 2 with the contest theme: "Do you know the true meaning of the Celtic Halloween celebration?".

Halloween Day is a tradition celebrated every year on October 31st which is synonymous with ghosts and scary things. Halloween traditions are activities that originate from Celtic folklore and traditions. Usually this Halloween celebration is marked by making carved pumpkins, trick-or-treating activities, and wearing costumes. Halloween traditions originate from the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain on November 1. This celebration marks the transition from autumn to winter.

During this transition period, people believe the boundaries between the worlds of life and death will disappear. According to the Celts, that's when the souls of the dead would return home or revisit their home. In addition, they also believed that the presence of spirits from the other world would be able to help Celtic priests to predict the future. Then the Celtic priests would build a large bonfire, and the people would gather to make an offering to the god they believed in. So I think Halloween is a celebration shared by a number of people in different countries.

They will celebrate Halloween night by wearing special clothes and with traditions or culture that have been passed down from generation to generation every year. Of course, they believe in Halloween traditions based on the beliefs of their ancestors. That's what I know from several references about the origins of Halloween celebrations held in several countries. However, as a Muslim I have my own beliefs and I do not believe at all in the beliefs that have become their tradition.

Personally, I don't believe in the slightest what they believe regarding the celebration of Halloween. For me as a Muslim, this celebration or tradition is misleading. for the reason that they had created a belief and worship through offerings made to gods (demons or spirits of the dead) which they believed would bring miracles to the Celtic priests. That is something that is very misleading and cannot be trusted.

Every human being may have a number of paranormal experiences in their life. I personally have had a number of these experiences in my life, but they didn't happen on that date. I never thought about it in my life and hopefully I will forever be kept away from misleading things related to Halloween. However, I believe there are supernatural beings that are capable of possessing human life, but I cannot believe them at all as offerings, because these creatures are also creations of Allah SWT.
