Hello friends, how are you all? Hope everybody is healthy. I am also very good in your prayers. Starting my today's recipe post by wishing everyone a happy Ramadan. Planned and prepared the recipe for roasting shrimp fish last Friday. The recipe looks very tempting and was very fun to eat. Many people say that shrimps are insects. Even though it is an insect, it is very tasty to eat. Especially if there are eggs inside the shrimp, it is more fun to eat the shrimp. Let's get started....
Necessary ingredients:
- Shrimp fish.
- Raw chili.
- Onion.
- Ginger.
- Garlic.
- Yellow powder.
- Pepper powder.
- Cardamom.
- Cinnamon.
- Salt.
- Soybean oil.
As necessary ingredients, first the fish is taken out of the fridge and washed well. And chopped onions and green chillies.
Now I have set the stove on fire. I put enough oil on it. When the oil is hot enough, I put the previously prepared prawns in the oil. Now fry them nicely. In the first photo you can see the view of the fish and in the second photo you can see the all ready prawns fried and kept in a separate container.
Then we come to the main part of preparing the recipe. Now again I will add sufficient amount of oil for cooking. When it is sufficiently hot, I will add the previously chopped onion and pepper pieces in it. It will be fried sometime as you can see in the first photo. Now add the previously prepared ginger and some chilli batter to the onion and chilli bhaji along with turmeric powder and chilli powder and grind it well. Of course, those of you who prepare recipes regularly know that the better the mix and grind of any recipe, the better the recipe will taste.
Then I will add the pre-fried prawns to the grated masala and grind the masala and prawns better. How much the recipe will be fun to eat will largely depend on this step.
After the masala and prawns have been squeezed well, I will add sufficient amount of water and keep it on low temperature for some time. Since I will be roasting the prawns, I will dry the broth completely.
As you can see in this photograph I took a good look at the amount of salt and brine coming to the final stage of roasting the prawns. Because if salt and brine are not given in the right amount in the recipe then the fun of the recipe is lost. But I watched them very carefully and took less and less, maybe that's why the recipe was so fun to eat. With this, I finished today's shrimp fish fry recipe, it was really fun to eat, especially with hot rice, it looked so delicious that I can't explain it. Hope you like my recipe preparation method.
