Yes, it this very important to forgive and free ourselves from resentment to achieve inner peace. One of the problems we do have in life is on forgiveness which is a hindrance from having inner peace of mind. The best way we can have inner peace of mind is to free ourselves from whatsoever that is disturbing us.

In life, once we start to envy one another or find it so difficult to forgive someone for his or her wrongdoing, that is how our minds wouldn't be at peace, we need to forgive and free ourselves from resentment so we can achieve inner peace. There is nothing as important as having inner peace of mind which we all
need it to have better health.

✓ Do you think we should set boundaries in life to cultivate inner peace?

Yes, I think we should set boundaries in life to cultivate inner peace because in life some people are only good at causing problems in our lives and the best way to stay away from such types of people is to set boundaries. Settings boundaries in life to cultivate inner peace doesn't mean we hate others or don't love to be associated but it is the best way we can live in peace with ourselves as everyone has his way of behaving which mine is different from yours and it is unless we set boundaries that we can relate better.

✓ What advice would you give to someone who wants to achieve inner peace?

Well, my advice to someone who wants to achieve inner peace is for the person to always mind his or her business first. What I mean here is the person should always learn how to talk less in a public place and he or she should be mindful of whatever he or she wants to do.

Secondly, my advice to someone who wants to achieve inner peace is for someone to have boundaries that is he or she must have limits in whatever he or she is doing, and also, the person should learn how to forgive and avoid getting angry easily.

✓ Share a personal experience in which you have had to search for inner peace.

This happened when I was still in school as a student then my roommate was such an annoying somebody who loved bragging, arguing, and trouble whereas I don't like making friends with kinds of people. I and my roommates usually query, fight, and do a lot of arguments and I had to make a sacrifice and leave the room for my roommate to leave for the sake of my inner peace of mind.
