Y pues mis amigos de la comunidad @steemvenezuela con este titulo provocativo les traigo las evidencias de lo maravilloso que fue mi día de ayer Sábado 16/05/21; y como ya les había comentado soy de la Isla de Margarita, no es secreto para nadie que el que vive o viene a Margarita tiene que disfrutar de una exquisita sopa de pescado.

Mi día comenzó yendo en camino a casa de mi tía donde se iba a realizar la sopita de pescado, y es que los días en Margarita te dicen cuando tienes que ir a la playa, y ves el cielo y te dices: "Hoy es un día bueno para ir para la playa" y muchos margariteños saben que es así, y como no tenia planeado ir a veces se pasa por ahí y te puedes bajar a respirar un poco de aire puro y porque no para una fotico.

My day began on my way to my aunt's house where the fish soup was going to be made, and the days in Margarita tell you when you have to go to the beach, and you see the sky and you say to yourself: "Today is a Good day to go to the beach "and many Margariteños know that it is like that, and since I had not planned to go sometimes you pass by and you can go down to breathe a little fresh air and why not for a photo.

Amigos y les cuento que para hacer una sopita de pescado no se necesita mucho, solo unos cuantos ingredientes y el toque de un oriental, en este caso la preparo mi tío Antonio que es de Cumanà y la hizo de rechupete.

La sopa fue hecha con 2 tipos de pescado Carite Sierra y Anchoa , no es anchoa de pizza es un pescado mas grande al que le decimos igual ( esto es para los que no saben este tips), una verdurita y ají y cebolla; y listo.

Friends and I tell you that to make a fish soup you don't need much, just a few ingredients and the touch of an oriental, in this case my uncle Antonio who is from Cumanà prepared it and he made it yummy.

The soup was made with 2 types of fish Carite Sierra and Anchovy, it is not pizza anchovy, it is a bigger fish to which we say the same (this is for those who do not know these tips), a vegetable and chili pepper and onion; and ready.

Así se ve en el plato, y les cuento que quedo muy rica, si quieres le echas limón o hay quienes no, a mi esposo no le gusta echarle limón pero a mi si.

This is how it looks on the plate, and I tell you that it is very tasty, if you want, add lemon or there are those who don't, my husband doesn't like to add lemon but I do.

No podían faltar las arepitas y el casabe señores, jamas en la vida y saben que sopa sin arepa y sin casabe no es sopa.

Luego hay que lavar los platos, y ordenar todo.

Y después de disfrutar de regreso a casa, así fue nuestro día internacional de la familia, desde la Isla de Margarita para el mundo.
