Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, bendecido dia, hoy quiero preparar para el almuezo un delicioso pescado frito, para esto debo prepararlo y condimentarlo muy bien ya que me gusta que tenga sazón.

Le agrego limón el cual es importante para quitarle el mal olor en caso de que lo tenga, tambien lo paso por varias aguas.

Este pescado se llama curvina o corvina y esta especie es de agua dulce, siempre que vamos de pesca es de los primeros que atrapamos, aunque no es fácil.

Es un pescado super delicioso que no posee abundantes espinas y tiene mucha carne, me gusta al horno y frito.

Hello dear friends of this beautiful community, blessed day, today I want to prepare a delicious fried fish for lunch, for this I must prepare it and season it very well since I like it to have seasoning.

I add lemon which is important to remove the bad smell if it has it, I also pass it through several waters.

This fish is called curvina or croaker and this species is freshwater, whenever we go fishing it is one of the first we catch, although it is not easy.

It is a super delicious fish that does not have many bones and has a lot of meat, I like it baked and fried.

A mi hija no le gustaba pero encontré la forma de cocinarlo para ella y le gusto, además se acompaña con arroz, ensalada y tajadas, aunque tambien estan otras opciones como la yuca y topocho.

Le agrego su toque de sal, pimienta, adobo, comino y dejo reposar por varios minutos ya que asi absorbe todo y queda mas gustoso.

Una vez este listo lo acompaño de un buen jugo de melón o refresco y me deleito viendo una novela o con mi familia.
