Tips for achieving personal balance.

Greetings everyone's, how are we all doing well for me am having a great day , this topic is a very interesting one so let's get started.

When I look at my life I thank God for his mercy and constant show of love towards me , sometime ago in my life when i get angry over little things , things pisses me off so quick for years I can't control myself anymore, what always comes true my mind was negative taught about myself, I see myself as someone that things can work smoothly for.

So a faithful Saturday where some preachers walked in the yard to preach and it was a lady so she preached about happiness.

as the continue to preach she asked me if am happy then I told her know , that I always get angry easily,so she gave some ways in achieving a personal balance life which are as follows;

Take your self care important:this means know matters what I will prioritize my self care,by always putting myself first**.

Engage in positive relationships: always have a good relationship with people that are positive and that adds value to you, People you can learn and fair in all their endeavors avoid people that talk down on you.

Practice your self compassion: always be compassionate about yourself , don't be hard on yourself and mostly celebrate yourself, because if you do not celebrate yourself it is fraud to asked someone to celebrate you , don't feel inferior among your peers.

Always focus on your present: face your present the past is gone and that's forever, this is the part that makes most people feel most people have a terrible past experience, but please you can't keep holding so you have to let it go so you can live life with fullness of joy.

Avoid competition :this one is very bad most people like competing you spend more than you earn just to compete or meet trends.

it will make you to forget to save so pleas avoid competition it will only destroy you it doesn't add value,do you things your way to be more unique and outstanding.

Take some break: don't over work yourself up because someday you might breakdown due to stress take some time off and enjoy with your family and friends it will bonds the relationship more have fun is necessary.

Have a good sleep: make sure you take your bed rest serious at least 7-8 hours of sleep it helps the body to be in total relaxation.

By God's grace am becoming a better and best version of myself I don't get angry easily, I learn to make good friends and kindness I show to people. It wasn't easy but they is a huge lot of changes.
