Road is the most widely used way for common people to transport from one place to another. Roads play the most important role for an area, city or country. Because the country's economy and transportation media are inextricably linked with this road. The future of a country largely depends on the quality of its roads and transport system.

Governments of any country always try to develop their transportation system to the highest level first. Therefore, in most cases, when the government announces the budget, the largest part of the budget is allocated for the development of the road sector. Hello friends hope everyone is doing well in this mild winter season.

The public roads of your city.

The most important road in our country which is very well constructed is the Dhaka-Chittagong highway. Our whole economy of Bangladesh is connected with this highway. Because different important regions of our country are connected with this road. About 40 districts out of 64 districts of our country are connected with this highway. So every year our government announces a separate budget for the development of this road.

Various effective initiatives are being taken continuously to keep the economic system more active around this road. Since Chittagong is a Sea port city area, all the goods imported from abroad are distributed to our entire country through this road. Various toll roads are connected with this road so that import and export operations can be made faster through various container logistics.

The surrounding cities that we can reach through these roads.

This four lane highway has connected Chittagong with all the divisions including our capital. Our capital city is Dhaka. It is located in the center of our country. But our port connective area is in Chittagong region which is located in the very north of our country. Therefore, this highway directly connects Dhaka with Chittagong region with a length of about 550 km.

This is another important section of our highway passing through Dhaka at the end of Khulna. Our important mega cities are connected with this highway. Where all the regions of North West have been directly connected with Port city through this road. The second largest section of Bangladesh is connected to the entire country through this road.

In the beginning this road was two lane but when the pressure of extra vehicles and transportation started to increase, the current government decided to develop this road from two lane to four lane. This decision is having a positive impact on the economy of our country. The time it used to take for all the exported products of our country to reach different parts of the country including the capital through the ports has been halved due to the construction of this road. Currently, it takes approximately 4-5 hours to reach the capital city of Dhaka through this city, whereas earlier it took about 8-10 hours.

The public facilities must have increased manifold by becoming this road. Through which the quality of life of people has increased.

It has well connected all important institutions for the benefit of people. The country's most important industrial groups such as Meghna Group, Bangabandhu Group,BSRM steel as well as various rolling mills, ship industries, various government schools, colleges, Islamic universities etc. have been well connected.

Moreover, this road is playing a very important role in transporting the goods of various ship recycling industries that meet the steel needs of our country.

Every road has some important points which increase the importance of the road manifold and this road also has some important connecting points which solve all the problems of common people and give a pleasure life.

Bangladesh Military Academy is directly connected to this Dhaka-Chittagong highway. Through this, the people of the hilly areas are also able to easily connect with the people of other parts of the country. As the hilly region is a place of great joy for various tourists, this road also gives them a much more intimate hilly peace.

It is an important point that has several flyovers on it that have concentrated the various centers of the city in one place. With the help of this one can easily move from one place to another in a short time in parks, markets, tourist spots etc.

Routine in which you usually circulate through it.

I use this road to travel to my university regularly. As this is the only road to our vegetable market, I have to use this road every day. Moreover, I use this road to bring all the small essentials that we have from the market.

Sometimes I cycle on this road. I like cycling very much especially in the morning when there is not much traffic on the road so I can enjoy the cool morning weather by cycling on this road.
