Welcome to my belog,How are you all .I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope you fine too .I am also Fit and fabulous.Today here I am participating This amazing and interesting contest .#sv-gastornomic Delicious chicken Biryani.I am very Thankful for steem Venezuela to giving me a chance to bring my abilities.Today I made very delicious dish .This is my family favourite dish.i hope you made this recipe of the dish

Delicious chicken Biryani

Things we need

Coriender leaves1 table spoon
Mint leaves1 table spoon
Lemon.Two table spoon juice
Red chilli.2 table spoon
Coriender2 table spoon
Salt.As required
Cumins seeds1 table spoon
Black paper3 table spoon
Clove.4/5
Green cardamom4/5
Salmon stick4/5
Turmeric powder2 table spoon

procedure

step1

First of all wash the chicken properly and keep it in stainer untill the excess water remove it.heat the oil in pen add cumine seeds,green cardamom,cloves frying 2/3 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes in cub form and add in pen with green chilli .my family like spicy flavour .when the tomatoes soft and tender add chicken.

In this stage frying chicken untill the colour of chicken changed add ginger garlic paste and gained mention all the spices in list add in pen frying 3/4 minutes.add half cup of water So that the spices gets smooth and refined in a good way.

In this stage add in chicken yogurt and frying untill the chicken is tender .when the surface the oil in chicken is ready.

soak the rice in water about 20 minutes bring good Quality of banaspaty rice.
After 20 minutes wash the rice properly then add in other pen.We will add twice as much water to the pan as the amount of rice.The best way to boil rice is to add twice as much water as rice.add salt,green chilli,black paper,cumine seeds in rice .

When three parts of the rice rot and one part remains, we will take it out and drain the excess water.In the patila layer, we will first lay tomatoes, green chilies, then add rice, then add meat, then add rice, then add meat, thus making a whole layer.This process is called layering of biryani.

in the end add lemon juice and orange food colour.and cover it for 20 minutes .Because three parts of our rice have already been boiled, one part is left, so we will not cook it for more than 20 minutes.

Hola. Realmente me llama la atención este plato, tengo muchas ganas de hacerlo algún día. La mezcla de especias me parece que debe generar un sabor increíble, junto con el jengibre y el ají. Además me interesa probar esa forma de cocinar el arroz.
