Dear friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am also very well. Today I appeared before you with another new blog. I hope everyone will be with me in the end.

I will share with you interesting Nakshi Pitha. The pies are just as delicious. The pies look very attractive. Below are the pictures of the pies.

To make pitas I will need sugar, eggs, flour, salt as first. Here I have taken sugar, half a kilo of eggs, four flours, a little more than a kilo, and a quantity of salt. Eggs and sugar salt should be mixed together and left for half an hour. When the sugar becomes a little round, mix the flour with it. After mixing well, leave it for some time. So that there are no lumps inside the dough. After half an hour, it should be taken well and stirred again. It will be thinner so that I can dip the dressing and make the pita. I have shared a picture below to see how the pitha mix will look like.

After the perfect mix, we have to take the pan in which we cook the curry. The stove grate has to be lit. Even in Korea, two kg of oil should be poured from Der. You don't need all the oil, but if there is too much oil, it is better to dip the pita mold in the oil as well. Put the pita mold in the oil and put it in the oven well. Until the oil is hot enough. Once the oil is well heated, the pita mold should be dipped in the pita dough ball as shown in the picture below.

Sinking the whole will not make pita. A little bit should be left on top. So that if you stir a little in the oil, the pita will be soaked in the oil. So that the mold is heated by the heat of the oil. Every pie should be made like this. Below is a picture of how much mold should be dipped into the dough ball.

Each pie should be served like this. The color of the cake will be. If it is light brown in color, keep it one by one. Keep the pithas with the help of a tongs so that the oil falls from the pithas. Pithas can be stored for ten to fifteen days. It should be kept in a dry jar so that no air can enter inside. Then it can be stored for a long time. And the pita is so much fun to eat.
