Dear friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am also very well. Today I appeared before you with another new blog. I hope everyone will be with me in the end.

Today I will share the pitha recipe with you. In winter, almost every house makes winter pies. Also hot hot pita is available in night market or other places during winter. Not everyone can make pitha stuff. Pitha is a very delicious thing. One who eats the cake once will want to eat it again. Pitha means delicious food. Below I have shared a picture of the pithas.

I will share with you how I made this pie above. First you have to take rice powder. Warm water should be taken with turmeric. Mix everything together according to the amount of salt. Mix well by stirring for some time. The more it is stirred, the prettier the pies will be. After mixing it should be kept for half an hour. It should look thin not too thick. It should be exactly like the picture below.

A clay mold should be placed in the oven. The mold is also made of clay. We bought it from those who make earthenware. To make pita. Burn the grate of the stove. The inside of the mold should be wiped with a small amount of oil so that the pita rises well. Then the ball of dough should be given little by little in the mold. Cover well with a lid. In this way, each pita should be prepared. These pithas can be eaten alone or with chilli filling. Every pie will be beautiful. Just like the picture below.

If you think I will not eat the pita like this, it is also possible to make it more delicious and tasty. In that case you will need pure cow's milk, date jaggery, coconut. I will take two to three kg of cow's milk in a big pot, take the amount of jaggery that is as sweet as the amount of salt. Pick a coconut and mix it well. When the mesh is reduced a lot, I will put it on the side. There will be pitha and I will give one pitha in the best of that milk. Once each pie is given like this, I will take the milk veins of that pie with a little mesh. So that the juice goes well in each pitha. When pitha is ready, leave it to rest for 10 to 12 hours then the pitha will be full of juice. Then pitha can be served in a bowl with something. The pie is very tasty.
