Good day dear lovely steemians, how is your engagement contest going? As for mine it's has been difficult but as a determined man I will keep going until it's over because I am not giving up, so I would be glad if you all don't give up.
Since I came to steemit I have spoken and seen many steemians through video calls. My first experience was when I was opportuned to join #campusconnect. As an active member I did participate in all activities held by the rulers of the community. The community then held numerous online meetings and conversations with is member to know how to help the grow on steemit, this act actually makes me feel indebted to the community. As a newbie at that moment I was so devoted in all it's meetings so I could become a better steemian in future.
In attendance was @whitestallion @swaylee @gracyakan @hazmat @ladyofpolicy @kingmyke @omarion1 and two others. I was the last guy on the picture. The meeting held two months ago and I am glad I learnt a lot concerning steemit and I also made new friends online.
The second was when I spoke with my boss @eberechi10 to please hold a meeting as our boss in otuoke steemit chapter. When I went to the meeting I was glad to see new faces and new friends like late @xxander who was a cool friend but died earlier this year. We spoke about how to bring more newbies into the steemit, we were planning on a major steem promotion in the whole Ogbia local government Bayelsa state.
The last meeting I had was with my personal promotion team @liams1 and @bright6126, it was our first meeting after the strike action held by all Staffs in federal universities in Nigeria which led all students to travel home. This strike affected my team as we are all students of federal universities in Nigeria. So as their lead I called to check on them and to encourage them to keep burning the fire in them by promoting steem in their different localities. I also asked them how was their personal life going and how to improve their steem vibe.

There will always be a way to connect with other colleagues, I like it personally, but if you can't, a video call wouldn't be bad. I'm glad you motivate to follow in Steemit to fellow college students.
