I hope you all well and enjoying the good health. Now a days the days of pandemic diasaeas coronavirus going on may Allah protect you all from this. I am also fine and enjoying the good health with the grace of Almighty Allah.
Today i am going to share with you my daily diary which is about prossess of making phalsa juice.

Let's start my diary

Today i got up early in the morning 🌞 and done my fajar prayer in the town mosque with jamat. Then i came back to my home and change the dress and wear the track suit and go to the morning walk. I took running for 20 minutes. Then i came back to home and took some exercise when i got free from all types of exercise so then at this time my breakfast was ready and i ate my breakfast. Today my breakfast consist of phalsa/black currant juice.
So lets go to Learnt how we make phalsa/black currant juice 🥤🥤.

First for all put black currant into pores pot and wash it well. And by using the blenders to separate the pulp from the seeds.

Add sugar and salt

Add some quantity of sugar according to the quantity of fruit. Its make our juice delicious. Its add more taste to our juice 🥤🥤.

Also add some salt in the juice. Both sugar and salt make the juice very tasty.

Add black currant sugar and salt in the gerender juge. And then add the water in the juge. Then mixed it.

And then play the grinder for 10 minutes . All the black currant mixed propely into the water . Add then add more water in it according the qanatity of fruit. And then off the grinder machine and your juice is ready.

In this picture you are seeing a glass of phalsa which i have to drink. It is very beneficial for health . In summer season it is very useful in our homes.
Blackcurrant is known as phalsa in my country Pakistan. It has a cooling effect on our body. It is mostly used in Asian countries .phalsa is full of vitamin it contains vitamin c. it also contain minerals and it is easy to digestable. The ripple phalsa have a dark purple to the black outer skin.It is with the good amount of calories in the form of simple sugar to meet our energy needs so it is easily proceed by body.
So this is the procedure of making phalsa juice. I hope you all liked it.
