Food is anything solid or liquid which when taking in the body promote growth, repair-worn-out tissue and provide the body with energy this can attest to the fact that no human being on this Earth can live without food, that is why is being a great privilege sharing to you my new learnt food lesson. One who asks which food am I talking about, this food is called "mpotompo ". Mpotompo is one of the local food of the ashantis, most of nowadays ashantis eats this food because it promotes growth and also provide the body with energy some of the nutrients you can gain from this food are carbohydrates fat and oil vitamins and minerals.
This is a step by step way to prepare this food, in order to get this food done you will need the following ingredients;
Yam
8 Fresh tomatoes
5 Fresh pepper
2 Green peppered
2 Onions
2 cube maggi
1 kg meat
11/2 cup of Vegetable oil
Fish and also water.

1.Cook meat of Your choice with onions, Cameron pepper and maggi seasoning till it's very soft and the water is about to dry up.

2.Blend the fresh tomatoes with, pepper, tatashi and onions and cook same till the water dries up.

3.Add 3 cooking spoon full of vegetable oil into the already cooked meat stock in fire

4.Once the oil is heated up, immediately add sliced onions and green pepper into the already heated oil and immediately add the already cooked tomato paste and stir

5.Allow to cook for about 5minutes and add him tomatoes after wards.

6.Add seasoning to taste and bamn! ! Your deliciously made fresh tomatoes stew is ready.
After all the success, you then slice your yam into your lovely stew.

Then pour 1 litre of water into the stew and wait for the yam to tender, Your "mpotompo" is ready to be served.
