Hey guys, it's been 5 days since I took the time off from posting the dairy post. I was expecting some sort of contest from the steemit team to get myself posting but we got no contest. I am sure the team have been busy fixing things behind the scene.
But here we are again. The second month of the 1000days of steem. It has been both fun and boring posting the daily dairy post. The fun part is the engagement, writing, sharing a few pictures and getting to know our people are spending their day, but the boring part is the repetition of almost the same thing for me. I work from the house and writing about staying in the house every day is boring.
Today the first day of the month was good. It is a privilege to see another new week. Many lives were lost in the past month so seeing this month alone is more than a blessing.
I woke up early as I used to and prayed with my family because it is the beginning of the month. After the prayer, we chatted and it was fun. Afterwards, I had nothing to do than to come work with my computer so I on it to start working, but the internet connection was a big mess today. I was supposed to do many things, but the internet connection changed my plan.
I could not connect to the internet from morning till around noon. This was when my sister sent me to the market to get meat for her to cook. I took a bike to the market, got the meat and returned to the house immediately. When I got to the house, I continued with my computer and I wrote some codes as usual. I am planning to enrol in some online courses in programming. Learning never end you know, especially when it comes to coding.
Later in the evening, I strolled out as I used to and met a friend on the way, we chatted and talked about the death of Chadwick Boseman. Everyone morn his death. He is the first person to show magnificent technology in Africa. I pray he rest in peace.
I returned to the house, watch some music on the TV channel and I entered my room to sleep.
This was 1st of September 2020 for me.
