Hello Steemians, hope we had a wonderful week and are looking forward to an amazing weekend. I had a super hectic day and I'm here to record it(Lol).
My day today was like this, I woke up at 6:15am, said a very short morning prayer to Abba, then took my bath. No bed to make up because I slumped on the couch last night and just zoomed off into my dreamland. At about 6:30am, I was ready to rush off to work(I bathe really fast, a skill I learned in school). I left home at that time and stood at the rood for so long before I could get a taxi to accept payment through mobile money as there were no kiosks open at the time and I didn't have money on me.
Finally got a taxi, reached work at like 2mins to seven. My colleague had already set the fire places and was about placing the pots for garri and waterfufu. I quickly changed into my cooking clothes, covered my hair and delved into the load of work that was before me. We cooked white beans with boiled rice, garri, waterfufu, Eru and Tanchot soup. We quickly took them to the restaurant, rushed back, cleaned everything we used, prepared waterleaf against tomorrow's cooking and left at about 1:24pm. I had to hurry home as my next program for the day was supposed to begin at 2pm.
I got home, had a quick rubdown and hurried to the Centre for Human Rights And Democracy in Africa head office where I had to represent the organization I work with in a workshop on Gender Based Violence.
The workshop was so insightful and interactive. It ended at 5:00pm and I hurried to church for the Faithday(Friday) Prophetic Service. The service ended at 10:00pm and I rushed home to steem before sleeping.
Tomorrow, I'll be up so early to go on with almost the same routine.
