Steem greatings and welcome to this edition of the diary game by @annettenoel.

Today I woke up very early in the morning because I was going to the hospital for my internship. I took a bath and hastily had my breakfast, after which I assembled in my bag everything I was going to be needing for the day like my uniform, gloves etc.

Few minutes later I was in the hospital and together with some of my mates, we quickly did cleaning and dusting in preparation for the first surgery.
After dusting we prepared and assembled all the necessary equipments and forceps for the first surgery which was a hysterectomy. The surgeon arrived afterwards and started with the procedure. It was a successful one.
We were all very tired at the end of the surgery due to the fact that we had been standing for so long.

Immediately after the surgery,we cleaned the theatre in preparation for the next in line, which was a caesarean section. We were supposed to have 2 C- sections for the day but due to an emergency situation, we had 3 C- sections plus the hysterectomy making it 4 surgeries for the day. Ouff..😌
It wasn't easy though as we were all exhausted at the end of the day but thank God all the surgeries were successful.
By 4: 00 pm, we were done with all the procedures for the day and since our normal closing time is 5:30pm, we were just chilling around while waiting for the closing time.

I got back home very tired and exhausted 😴 and the best thing I could do for myself was prepare my supper and take enough rest in preparation for the next day. And this is how my day went.
