The one you can see in this picture is a day laborer by profession.They are working on digging a pond.They are doing the work of digging the pond of the influential people of the village as daily wage.They work from morning till evening. And in exchange for this work they earn a very small amount of money. And with this money they meet the needs of their family.

The person you can see in this picture is a farmer by profession.This farmer is planting rice seedlings in his own land. Village people are actually very hardworking. If you look at this picture you can see that this farmer is working in his own land in his old age. Only for two or two handfuls of food. And after planting these rice seedlings, rice will be produced after two to three months of hard work. And with that rice he will meet the needs of his family and the money he will earn by selling the rest of the rice in the market will be spent on farming next year.
