1- What were your goals at the beginning of the year? (Explain )

In every beginning of the year, we set out or pen down some of the important things we would love to achieve before the year ends. It could be for the family, for oneself, as a group and many more. This set goals is what will help us as individual to know at the end of the year what you did during the year.

And for you to be able to know if you succeed, you must give yourself an achievable goals. Here in steemit, I wrote down the goals which I like to achieve before the year pases but humanly who have other challenges of life, couldn't succeed as thought. Below are the pen down goals I set during the beginning of a new year;

• Stay more active

• Increase my reputation to at least 70

• Celebrate my first dolphin in the platform

• Be a moderator in one of the community.

2- How far have you gone with the said goals? ( Expatiate)

The Bible says that Faith without work is death. This is applicable to any goals in life. The spoken words, own down goals cannot never be fruitful if anything is not done for it to be fruitful. Yes, I listed down the new level I would love to find myself but what happened? I couldn't, why?

During the new year time (January), I put to birth newly. All what keeps running through my mind was that, I will have a enough time, chance for myself to be more consistent in the platform. Why? Because two of my son's grandmother was there to care for him.

Unfortunate, the thought turn to be a reverse and my goals seems worthless. When the first quarter of the year passed and I realized that, have not achieve any of my goals, I decided to sacrifice my pleasure time and strive. How did I do it?

Then, hardly my baby slept at night but in the morning time around 5 - 6am, he will fell asleep. What I do during this time, was to quickly take a warm bath so as to continue be awake and then login to the platform, search for contest that will not take me up to hour and begin to write.

Some days, before he wakes up, I will participate up to three different contest, some one while some two or as the case may be. When he finally wake up again, I will give him the attention and after attending to him, keep him under the care of anyone around at particular time and then have my sleep.

This was how, I become a bit more active in the platform and through the sacrifice, I was able to increase my reputation to 69 that I am up till today.

3- How favourable are the “ber” months treating you?

Very fine. Every months comes with it own ups and down. As individual going out on daily basis to earn living, will definitely experience the good or the bad side of the “ber” months.

Here in steemit, have been treating very fine because scrolling back to all the contest have participated so far, have seen that my efforts is not worthless. The community, curators and my fellow steemian as supported immersively which encourages me to be more consistent. I will used this medium to appreciate and thank them for their kind support.

Going out from the platform to the physical things around me, am seriously affected by the “ber” months. Here in southern part of Nigeria, Akwa Ibom State, the citizens are really facing a lot of challenges. The words that are in every citizens mouth is that, These time is the survival of the fittest.

The words is as the results of the high cost changing in the country. The country currency has no value again. Imagine having 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, naira currency in the country and there's no tangible thing you can use the currency and buy. Even to fetch a bucket of water is cost not to talk about transport fare. This is so heart broken to me.

As a result of the economic situation, a lot of people have died, some are involving themselves in wrong doing and yet the leaders shows no concern. Well, the Lord is our strength. I am praying to God to soften the minds of the leaders to look into the situation at hand, to make the country comfortable and enjoyable for the citizens who voted them to the office.

4- Do you think the “ber” months are enough for someone to rewrite their goals and achieve them before a new year? Explain with reasons.

Yes. There is still time if only the person wishes to achieve. Three months is still remaining before a new year and the goals can be achieved through the following point;

✔️ Determined: There's nothing in life determination cannot do. Once the goals are heavily in your mind and you work towards the goals by staying active

✔️ Staying active: Be consistent in the platform through participation in engagement challenge, contest, voting, comments and Power Up. You will see a big changes in your approach towards your goals.

✔️ Be focus: Don't make your mind not be divided. In all the set out goals, focus on them, delicate your time, efforts, everything possibly within your reach. Before the year runs out, you will get to it.

5- How do you manage the pressure given during “…ber” months?

There's no pressure in life that one cannot overcome except you chooses not to. The pressure is much although it has made me to be more calculative in all I do and has also help me to engage in another thing(business) which is really helpful to me in cutting down some of my expenses.

So, is our creator whom I drew my strength to firm and the strength I gotten has help the “…ber” months pressure not to weigh me down.
