Consistency is also about being regular and steady. You have to put in consistent work in order to see results. This is true of everything in life from your work life to home life to social life. ...You need to put in the effort and results will follow.

It needs to be safe and steady.

Facilitates a positive classroom community.

People Struggle with Consistency for several things that can cause a person to struggle with consistency. These can include:
Lack of patience.
Desire for instant gratification.
Lack of clarity and focus.
Not having supporting habits or triggers.
Having a “all or nothing” mindset.
To be consistent you have to make sure that you recognize when you don't reach the standards and goals that you've set. In these moments, consider if your goals are realistic or ask yourself what you can do to improve. On your schedule or calendar, check off tasks that you have completed.
When you accept that consistency is an important habit, you can use it to your advantage, which will improve how you feel and the results you create. If you don't develop consistency, the chances of achieving what you want, when you want, is very small.
