Hello fellow steemians hope you all are doing great today as for me i thank the Almighty for the good health. You are all welcome to my diary game once more with the title School And Cooking Saturday Read till the end 🥰
I spent night before at my friend Mil's place we woke up and 3:00 am studied for 2 hours and slept back at 5:00am then woke up at 6:00 am. We cleaned the house, prepared and left for school since we were to have our normal Saturday haematology class.

We arrived in school the teacher was not yet there so I completed but it didn't take long for him to arrive. Our lectures was about super vital stains which are stains that enables the observation of living blood cells during a blood picture, and their uses for example in reticulocytes count and white blood cell count correction
The lectures went well and at the end the assignment of the previous class to be projected as power point every group according to their topic and the exposé was well but our group never had a topic so we were given one during this class to present on Thursday.

Lectures done, it was time to clean the class and it is group 2 is incharge of cleaning this week so they did their work while others were waiting for them to finish so that they can enter and do their things but others like me were going home but still had a second to take a picture.

Mil and I went back to my place instead and we arrived when grandma started cooking corn fufu with bitter leaf sauce so we took part in the cooking.
Grandma had already boiled the washed bitter leaf in egussi that she mixed with an egg, salt and vegetable Inga and cooked before, her chicken was already boiled and oil to fry tomatoes was on the fire. We fried the tomatoes with much onions, when it was almost done we added creyfish and the boiled chicken and allowed for some time. We removed the pot and place the one containing the bitter leaf, added the pot of tomatoes and chicken in it and mixed very well then allowed everything to get set.

Sauce ready, it was time for corn fufu. I placed water on the fire then i siftered the corn flour and removed a small quantity and dissolved in cold water. When the water boiled i reduced it allowing small in the pot and added the dissolved corn flour inside. After turning the mixture until it was a bit heavy i covered it and allow for about 20 minutes while turning from time to time. I then added the remaining flour and turn very well while adding water until the texture was ready and i tied in white plastics.

When we were done in the kitchen i took a shower,ate then Mil and I were playing ludo before we slept.
