Wonderful steemians my warm greetings to you all. You are welcome to another episode of my diary game which is all about my sisters and I cooking garden egg sauce with Fufucorn instead of sweet potatoes.
The night was too long for us so by 30 minutes past 5am the three of us were already up discussing, narrating stories and giving geese😂 until we didn't even realize when it was already 8am.
Leaving the bed we did the house choices together even though the choices weren't much but we shared. Big sis was to clean the floor, kid sis was to clean the dishes while I was to do laundry.
I started my own work as well as big sis but grandma sent kid sis somewhere I don't know so her own work was still standing.
Even by the time big sis and I were done with our own work she not yet back, we then decided to help her and she came when we were almost done but we just continue.
Time for breakfast there was bread and milk in the house but no sugar so tea was the easiest thing to do after we bought sugar.

After breakfast we had a rest I for one had a nap but don't know about the other but when I woke up, they we watching one funny movie and I was so curious about their way of laughing so I joined them.
It was a Nigerian movie whose title was just watch this movie and you will laugh until you die where a young girl living in America came back to the country to stay with her father. Just 2 of them with the house help, the house was boring so pleaded to her father that wanted to visit her aunty in village and he finally accepted. Her days in the village with her aunty and cousin Pablo was wonderfully funny.
When the movie was over we had cook. My kid sister and made program the day before until we bought things to cook garden egg sauce and sweet potatoes since we new it was to be ghost town. By the we were preparing what to eat my elder sister said she's not going to eat garden egg sauce with potatoes but with Fufucorn and we just agreed by telling her that she will cook her fufucorn and we boil our potatoes and she refused that we will keep the potatoes for another day. We pleaded until we just decided to obey angrily.
We then started cooking. I boiled the garden eggs and started removing the light peeling off while big sis arranged the dried fish and canda then steam it with salt and onions then kid sis sliced tomatoes and onions before they joined me in the peeling after which I sliced them into small slices.

I then stood another pot on the fire and fried the tomatoes, pepper and onions. When they were ready I added the sliced garden eggs and stirred then I added The steamed fish and canda, salt and Maggie and stirred and then added small water then allowed it to cook until the garden egg wasn't bitter anymore before I oof the fire under.

Time for fufucorn, my kid sis stood water that was allowed to boiled. While the water was on the fire the corn flour was siftered and small was removed and soaked. After the water had boiled, I reduced it small in the pot in which I added the soaked and stirred well until it became heavy, I covered it and allow to boil well while stirring from time to time until I finally added the siftered corn flour and turn well while adding water and covering until the texture was ok for me. I then tied them in to white plastics.

After cooking we ate then showered and we wanted to watch another movie grandma brought huckleberry for us to arranged. We arranged it while discussing until we didn't even realize that time was gone but when we were tired we allow the rest for the next day .
