Happy Sunday to everyone I’m glad we all started another week. I bet this week will be more successful as the last and accomplishment will be greater than usual for all those doing business I’d say profits will grow this week, for those whose job is Steemit then I’d say more rewards this week for your posts, comments and votes. It’s an opportunity to start again not from scratch but from experience so let’s start again, but first here’s what happened on Sunday…

How my day went

The saying when you’re in Rome… do what the Roman’s do I’m a catholic but since I spend weekends with my Brother, I attend his Church which is Christ Embassy. The first Sunday of every month is what we know as Communion service in the Christ embassy church all around the world and we were ready for it. I woke up at 5am and went straight to the kitchen to start washing plates and cleaning the kitchen, taking out the trash and so on…after 2hrs and 30 minutes of washing I was done and I mopped the floor then I went to the bath room to brush my teeth and take my bath.

We were done with all preparations and everyone got into the car and we were off to church then we got to church at ten minutes past nine that morning but the service had not started yet. After a few minutes of waiting we started the service and it didn’t take so long then we closed at 11:45am and left there to the house reaching the house at past 12pm, we had something to eat at 1pm…

After l ate I had some rest, it was necessary because we had a second session of the service which concerned the communion service starting from 3pm. I went to rest and at 3:00 pm I heard a call in my sleep saying “it’s time let’s get going” and I got up and changed to join them in the car so we got on our way.

After hurrying up to reach there was no one there so we had to wait for the staff to come open the Church building so we can have service. After waiting for a while, we started the service at 3:30 pm.

In church getting ready to watch the live communion service

The service took longer than usual because it went as the spirit of God led. We finished at 7pm and got home at 7:30 due to some stops we made along the way to get yogurt for the baby and bread for breakfast tomorrow.

I was really hungry but there was not enough food for us all at home so I made corn fufu to eat with betel leave soup that was kept in the fridge… remember the betel leave soup we made last time right? Well we kept some in he fridge and now I am going to eat it for Dinner.

The food I ate

It took a while to make the food and I ended up eating at 9pm. It was late but it didn’t bother me cause I was hungry and from there I watched some movies until 1am when I went to bed and called it a night

Thank you for sharing your day.
It was a full day of worshiping. Amen!
Corn fufu looks similar to what we will call "pap" in South Africa.

It is made from maize and one of my favorite dishes. I will have it for breakfast, lunch and supper and in three different ways. (•ิ‿•ิ)

Awesome but pap here in Cameroon is more liquid than solid and it’s also made with maize. Thanks for responding I’m glad friends like you can engage with my posts

Pap in the morning is also running by us, like porridge.
As for the visit... it was a pleasure!

corn fufu for us here is a meal that is irreplaceable. We can eat it for a whole week and still want to eat more. Far from it just being delicious 😋 it's also my native meal. Really an interesting and delicious dish

Umh... I will just have to try it one day. (•ิ‿•ิ)
