Good day to you all. While I was at the poultry yesterday, i witnessed a heart breaking scene π. It was around 2:30 pm when primary schools close and i saw this three kids returning from school. I didn't pay much attention till i saw the kids running away from their fellow school mate who was an albino π’. This albino was walking alone and when this other three kids noticed her trying to catch up with them, they will scream and run further. It was obvious they were afraid of her or probably irritated by her appearance and the fact that she had difficulty seeing due to intensive sunlight and lack of medicated glasses.
Seeing this, it just struck me that blacks nag about how we are treated different from the whites when we aren't even united amongst ourselves. Imagine people making fun of an albino! Imagine the trauma this little girl can face if that goes on, she could suffer from depression, marginalization and this could lead to suicide and for what? For being different, unbelievable!! Seeing this yesterday really got me disturbed, i really felt bad for her but contrary to how i felt about the whole situation, this little girl looked rather unperturbed by this scenario and i hope she keeps up the attitude and not let it get to her head.
That aside, while i was out of my room in the evening to get some fresh air, i took a beautiful picture of sunset
Might not look so presentable better it was better seeing it in person.
