Hello steem world, today is another big day as we started steeming in the Cameroon community. There is a saying that "if you want to solve a problem, then target the issue". So today we had several issues within the work place. Ranging from financial issues, material and attitudes etc.
What baffled me is that these issues have been up several times and the executive director doesn't give a damp about it. I begin to wonder the functions of an executive director of he or she cannot handle office struggles. Each time a situation surfaces, she shy away from the problem, and only go back to the president of the company. She makes herself more vulnerable than "us" the workers.
Notwithstanding, I used to think that if woman are empowered, the world would be a better place to live because women are good managers. This has not been the case and this thought disproved me, as my executive director has failed greatly within this context. The key to resolve the crisis is first by listening, and talking. She has failed during her reign in power to listen to our pleas and make the workplace a better place for all.
After discussing all the above mentioned issues with my colleagues, it was time for me to cook lunch and bath myself and my son. I quickly rush and cook, bath my son and later on took my shower. The temperature was high and I could feel the heat. I ate together with my husband, when he came to drop our daughter at home. After eating, we napped for about 2hours. Later we went outdoor to relaxed.
By 6:00pm we went back indoor, and my husband was back from work. We ate dinner together and watch a tv program. What interested us about the program was that one of the former fighters of the Anglophone crisis was one of the panelist.

After following the program, it was 9:00pm. I laid down for a while and decided to post my diary post. Throughout the day I have been struggling to post and it was not going through. I thought the whole site had some issues. My husband told me to try this evening and I did and it worked ✌️✌️✌️.

It hasn't been resolved. Till now, our salaries for November has not been paid. It's a nightmare.
