I had a very hectic day at work, but I was determined to write this post and share with you all today. 😊
Sometimes, some things happen to us that we didn't really plan nor see them coming. Therefore, there's a need for you to ensure that you doing great and feel good and those around you feel good as well.
Firstly, let's talk about mouth odour 🙃
You've ever sat around someone and then the moment they open their mouth, you felt like running??
OK..... Let me share with you a funny story for my childhood 😂
When I was in primary 5, there was this boy in my class, I use to like him (maybe I could say he was my crush 🙄🙄😂😂😂) but, we were seating in different rolls in the class.
So, one-day, I decided to change my bench and seat with him because he use to seat alone (shooting my shot, you know 😜😜😜) I was so happy that I've finally sat beside my crush.
I then turn to him and engaged him in a discussion with smiles on my face 🤩 my friends, as he opened his mouth to speak, I couldn't bear it. The odour was terrible and I had to run back to my bench 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Alright, so, you see mouth odour can spoil show for you oh! But also, we acknowledge that some people have this as a result of so much drugs, and some are just born like that 🤷♀️
Nevertheless, I am here to tell you to prevent it if you can. You need fresh breath. People should inhale freely around you.
So, we'll look at two things.....
- Dealing with mouth odour
- Dealing with smelly armpit.

All you need is clove. See picture below 👇
Steps
As usual.....
✍️Brush your teeth
✍️Brush your tongue
✍️Rinse your mouth properly with clean water.
✍️Drink a glass of water or more
✍️Take some clove sticks and put in your mouth.
✍️Suck them, till its wet, keep it there for about 10min.
👉 Note: You can always carry clove in your mouth and move with. There's no harm in it.
Repeat this everyday till your condition changes.
2. SMELLY ARMPIT

All you need is lime or lemon.
As usual.......
👌Take your bath
👌Wipe out the water from your skin
👌Get the lemon or lime, and cut into halves.
👌Use one piece to massage your armpits till it saturates it.
Let it dry on it own.
👌You can store the remaining lemon or lime in the fridge for next use.

I have a close friend whose mouth odour is the one thing that can separate us . unfortunately he dies not know about it and dies not believe ,it when I tell him technically. I sometimes just have to stay far while we chat . Thank you for sharing .I will just share this with him as a fun topic and see if he takes note.i just want to be nice and not humiliate him in the process.

You know, it's amazing that someone will have mouth odour and not know about it oh.
So, it's important to use wisdom in approaching him, so that he doesn't feel bad about it. But if he doesn't take it serious, as a friend, you can just buy the cloves and give him then you ensure he's using it.
