I'm happy we are all alive today

Please, Let's talk a little 😍.........

So, I went for a weekend at the home of my Aunty. In the evening, he husbands food was served.

I sat on the other side, also eating mine. I observed him and noticed that they was a sudden change on his face.

He called his wife's attention, to the food, and in anger, he asked why the food was salty. He was so angry that I was even afraid to eat again. The words that came out of his mouth made his wife to burn with anger too as she looked at him.

She said "You never appreciate me. Can you count the number of times I have cooked salty food in this? Can you tell me the day you ever ate good food and then just said thank you? You have never recognized my efforts in this house. Everything you complain about it, even in the presence of visitors, you still complain."

She talked on and on then, started crying, and left the table. I was so sad that I could not eat again. I looked at her husband, and he was speechless as he washed his hands and left the table too. I finally cleared the table, and took all the food to the kitchen.

🎯Now, why I'm a bringing up this story??

We have many people who have no thank you in their mouth. They never say thank you whether for the least or mighty thing you do fo them. They'll ask you to give them reasons why they should thank their wife for cooking or why they should thank their husband for cleaning the house. They see it as a right.

They'll say that they've paid the bride price, so it's her duty to do all that needs to be done.
So bad!

Some of you see your brother/sister who do you are favour as their duty. They help you out with a lot of things, but THANK YOU is so difficult to come out of your mouth.

Learn to thank people for the things they do for you, whether big or small. Those are the little things that count.

Appreciate your workers. I know that you pay them for the work they do. But do you also realise that without them, you won't go this far?

Appreciate your parents, even though they choose to give birth to you. Some of you will say it's their responsibility to meet your needs, but also remember that not everyone has the privilege you have.

If you are in a relationship, appreciate the person you are dating. Don't say that the guy is the one who asked you out, or the lady needed me more, etc.

These are some of the little things that count. WE NEED TO LIVE A LIFE OF APPRECIATION.
