What was your most exciting or bad experiences you ever had in Life

In life's journey, we would all have various experiences along the way. Some would be good, absolutely delightful while some may turn out to be challenging. I've had a lot of experiences and it's quite hard to select one from them to talk about but I'll make do with what I have anyways.

One exciting experience I've had was the long-awaited moment when I could finally get to meet my grandparents in the village after having to speak to them over the phone for so long. After so many years of separation, I was overwhelmed by the anticipation to get to see them again and this experience has since taught me the importance of family.

A bad experience I've had, and recently too happens to be the loss of a scholarship I put in so much effort for. Receiving the revocation mail left me in a very deplorable situation, I was so down, lost in thoughts, and very disappointed in myself but after much thought, I later saw it to be an opportunity for growth.

Having to balance multiple programs coupled with the stress of my academics itself had begun to weigh on me and the loss of this scholarship taught me a valuable lesson. Humans aren't machines and we can only take on so much before we begin to see diminishing returns. I've since re-evaluated my priorities and directed my focus to the activities that matter most.

Share your daily experiences on the Steemit Platform (Good or Bad)

Steemit is a really wonderful platform for writers and content creators, in general, to express themselves and showcase their works and I have been fortunate enough to get to meet with, collaborate and share my works with various interesting personalities out here, and to that, I'm very grateful.

However, my journey on steemit is not without challenges also. The first challenge I ever faced was having to navigate the platform alone, it wasn't very fun and almost always left me frustrated.

Now It's becoming increasingly difficult for me to increase my stake in this network, and build my reputation and authority as well as low visibility and interactions on quality content. It's sad that interactions are getting lower or seeming forced as this is what came naturally on the platform some years back and I have seen a lot of good creators leave the platform over time which is truly a sad phenomenon.

However, I see this as a test of my determination and patience and I know as long as I keep showing up and putting out my content I'll eventually hit my goals on this platform.

How did the experiences Impacted your life (positive or negative impacts)

As my mum would always say, "man make experience, experience makes man'. (I hope I said that the right way though)

My experiences in life and on steemit also have had a profound impact on my personality. My first experience of getting to meet with my grandparents taught me the importance of nurturing relationships and building meaningful connections with those you love.

On the other hand, my experience of losing a scholarship taught me the importance of adaptability, diligence, and the state of being resilient when life presents us with these twists. I've also learned to not take on more than I can carry to avoid being disappointed in the long run.

My time on steemit has also taught me that success isn't entirely measured by numbers, the impact we have on others, the connections we are able to build and maintain, and well as the quality of being able to stay relevant all come to play in success.

What would be your advice to those having bad experiences like my sisters?

I would say, it's almost impossible to progress through life without having to face one or two undesirable experiences here and there.

Difficult moments can often be very painful however it is not these challenges in themselves that matter but how we treat and react to them that matters most. Instead of locking yourself in a mental fortitude by dwelling on the negative aspects of these occurrences. Look at the lessons you can learn from such events and the strengths you can gain from them.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger (if you let it)

So learn to embrace your experiences, be it good or bad. There is always a lesson to be learned in each core experience. It's pertinent to know that every situation is not always within your control however how you react is often within your control.

We all discover the essence of life during the intricate events and challenges (negative or positive) that life brings to our doorstep.
